Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return period for online purchases. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel and return it. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items should be sent back in the same condition as received, with all supplied accessories, packaging and documentation where applicable. You may inspect the item as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If an item has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary and this reduces its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund.

All serial numbers are recorded before dispatch. Returned items must be the same item originally supplied. Items that have been swapped, tampered with, internally modified, deliberately damaged, or returned with missing parts may be refused or subject to an appropriate deduction where permitted by law.

We do not offer partial refunds or retrospective discounts simply because a customer decides to keep an item after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
