Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday on the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services.

Orders with a value of under £200 are sent using an appropriate Royal Mail Tracked service.

Orders with a value of £200 or more are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery for additional security and tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may occasionally be affected by delays outside our control, including postal disruption, severe weather, or other carrier issues.

Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

For higher-value orders, a signature may be required on delivery.
